About The Role
The Bamford Collection is looking for a creative and data-driven SEO Manager to join our growing digital team and play a key role in shaping the organic growth strategy across our luxury lifestyle brands; Daylesford Organic, Bamford, and Daylesford Stays.
Reporting to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of our SEO roadmap driving visibility, engagement, and traffic across our websites. From technical optimisation and content strategy to performance analysis and innovation, you’ll blend analytical expertise with a passion for storytelling to enhance our digital presence and strengthen our brand position online.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated SEO professional who’s ready to make an impact within a purpose-led, sustainable business working at the heart of a brand collective that celebrates nature, craft, and wellbeing.
This role can be based at our office in South Kensington or at the Daylesford Farm in Gloucestershire.
40 hours per week based in the office 5 days.
Salary £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive search engine optimisation strategy to drive organic growth, increase business visibility and overall conversion across the Bamford Collection.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and SEO analysis to identify relevant target keywords and phrases to further optimise PLPs, PDPs, journals and blogs.
- Optimise website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation.
- Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with the web development team to implement solutions for improved website performance and user experience.
- Execute link-building activities to ensure quality backlinks from reputable sources.
- Conduct SEO audits, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams - content, design, and product to ensure optimal content performance and seamless integration with marketing campaigns and create high-quality, keyword-reach content.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm changes and industry trends to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
Skills You Will Bring
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, preferably within wellness and lifestyle brands or D2C eCommerce.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge, with experience in Magento preferred.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with colleagues across different functions.
- Strong project management skills and keen attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of SEO analytics and reporting. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to drive organic growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and presenting insights effectively.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
