The Strategic Account Marketing team develops tailored (1:1) marketing strategies for top clients that align with enterprise product-related account goals. We take a holistic approach to each client portfolio, considering both current and prospective executives, buyers, and users who should be engaged and influenced to drive growth and expand wallet share.
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Client Marketing Manager to join our London office. This role will cover two key clients, developing personalized marketing initiatives to grow wallet share, while also managing high-priority client-focused events and content needs across the UK and Europe.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously yet collaboratively, as this position operates between Sales, Regional Product Marketing, Experiential Marketing, and Product Management, requiring a high degree of maturity, coordination, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Address both account-specific and broader segment needs across regions such as the Nordics, Italy, the UK, and Benelux, showing how Morningstar solutions can support client workflows and address their business needs.
Effectively “sell through” marketing ideas to Sales, reaching alignment and consensus through preparation, client insight, and thoughtful collaboration. And collaboratively with local teams to ensure seamless execution.
Track progress against business goals, including influenced and sourced revenue targets, and collaborate with Demand Generation, Business Development, Sales, and Sales Operations to demonstrate marketing impact.
Support a culture of accountability and transparency across the enterprise product marketing team.
Qualifications:
5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within financial services, fintech, or enterprise solutions.
Proven ability to design and implement strategic marketing initiatives that drive measurable business results.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication abilities.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
Analytical mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes.
Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
