About the role
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Head of Marketing (Product Marketing focus) to join our Brand & Creative division on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a senior role leading our B2C marketing strategy, defining how our products are positioned, communicated and brought to life for travellers across our global portfolio. You’ll shape how our brands show up in market – from creative campaigns to go-to-market strategy – ensuring every initiative is audience-led, insight-driven and commercially effective.
You’ll be part of a connected, end-to-end creative and brand team. From brand strategy through to creative execution, you’ll work hand-in-hand with specialists across content, design and digital to create a seamless feedback loop between insights, ideas and outcomes.
What you'll be doing
Lead the B2C marketing and proposition strategy across our consumer brands, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and audience insights.
Define go-to-market plans for new products, campaigns and experiences that inspire travellers and drive measurable results.
Work closely with creative and digital teams to develop campaigns that turn complex propositions into simple, engaging stories.
Champion the voice of the customer, using data, feedback and testing to continually refine how we show up in market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Brand, Creative, Growth and Product to ensure consistency and impact at every touchpoint.
Lead and coach a small, high-performing team to deliver with energy, purpose and creativity.
What we're looking for
Experienced senior marketeer with a strong background in B2C or consumer marketing, ideally within travel, leisure or digital sectors.
Proven track record of building and executing product or proposition marketing strategies that drive commercial outcomes.
Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix – from positioning and storytelling through to activation and performance.
Strong collaboration skills, able to partner effectively across creative, product and commercial functions.
A confident communicator and decision maker, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, creative environment.
A balance of strategic vision and hands-on delivery – someone who knows what great marketing looks like and how to make it happen.
