We are seeking inventive storyteller and bold marketer, ready to design standout campaigns and activations that captivate audiences and differentiate Eastspring in Singapore
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for Singapore retail, life insurance, and institutional segments to win new and retain existing business.
- Collaborate with Singapore-based sales teams to plan and execute product campaigns, co-branded marketing initiatives, and both small- and large-scale client events that drive ongoing engagement.
- Collaborate with investment content, digital, and creative teams to craft memorable brand experiences that resonate powerfully with target audiences.
- Amplify our macro views and thought leadership through creative syndication strategies, ensuring maximum reach and impact.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage Singapore digital touchpoints - including website, SEO, eDMs, CRM, and social media - to build awareness and interest in our key strategies and products.
- Ensure that all materials and advertising assets are compliant with local regulations.
- Monitor campaign performance and leverage insights to fuel continuous creative improvement and deliver exceptional results.
- Analyse competitors’ marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics to build a repository of best practices and inform future planning.
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of regional marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader brand and business objectives.
- Source and deliver distinctive premiums, managing production and inventory to enhance brand engagement at every touchpoint.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- A strategic and imaginative marketer with a flair for storytelling and unconventional thinking, capable of crafting distinctive marketing activations across diverse client touchpoints
- At least 5 years of marketing experience in the financial services sector, preferably in asset management.
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Banking, Finance or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills, able to communicate with people from different levels.
- Good knowledge of the full range of marketing disciplines such as advertising, digital, social media, events and literature.
- Able to work independently, excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to manage and prioritise multiple projects to meet deadlines.
