About The Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Partner Marketing Manager to join our high-performing Payments Marketing Team, supporting the growth of Eway and Ezidebit. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys fast-paced environments and knows how to build and execute campaigns that drive measurable results.
As Partner Marketing Manager, you will help form the strategy and lead a diverse range of initiatives to generate high-quality leads, improve funnel conversion, and drive revenue and engagement from existing strategic partnerships. You’ll play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, designing lead generation and nurture campaigns, and building joint marketing initiatives with Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners.
Salary
the salary range for this position is AUD 125,000 to 135,000 + superannuation.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the Partner Marketing strategy & plan
Work in partnership with the Marketing, Acquisition and the Strategic Growth team to develop a partner marketing strategy to drive growth from existing partners (B2B2B).
This will include the build of a tiered partner support model, campaign structure and bespoke campaign approach.
Collaborate with the partner relationship team to build and drive specific marketing campaigns and events for ISV partners to gain new leads and merchant acquisition.
Develop a series of templated campaign assets, content and communications to enable always on partner engagement with a supporting calendar of acquisition tactics.
Deliver and track campaign performance
Create a plan and benchmark for B2B2B lead gen optimisation. Continuously test and update messaging, creative, and targeting to improve conversion and ROI.
Use data to identify drop-offs and opportunities across the lead funnel and implement strategies to improve conversion.
Track, report, and present campaign performance metrics and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Apply learnings to refine future campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Collaborate and work cross functionally
Work closely with product, sales, and external agency teams to align campaigns with commercial priorities.
Seek insight from our global peers and build relationships amongst global partner marketing teams.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in B2B partner and campaign management, demand generation, or digital marketing, ideally in B2B or fintech.
Proven track record of planning and delivering successful lead generation campaigns that drive measurable growth.
Strong understanding of marketing engagement channels and supporting sales assets, including content delivery, email, and web.
Experience with supporting marketing automation platforms (e.g. Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience working with partners (e.g. ISVs, resellers) is a plus.
