Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible to deliver impactful product and customer promotion launches to distribution to drive sales activation and to deliver awesome roadshow branding for the distributions. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Head, Marketing and work closely with internal stakeholders to build and create an awesome branding.
Job Description:
Develop, execute and review the effectiveness of end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market plans for PACS Health Proposition to generate customer awareness, channel traction and sales adoption in a 360-degree marketing approach.
Identify market trends and opportunities to develop tactical plans, such as increasing product penetration in the target audiences.
Owner of sales enables and sales tools. Design and improve sales tools for customer engagement on various platforms including but not limited to brochures, pitch decks, videos, social posts, content, calculators, partnerships etc.
Collaborate within customer teams (Brand, Segments, Digital, CX and Events) and cross-function teams such as Corporate Affairs, Data Analytics and Distribution to leverage multiple digital and non-digital marketing channels with end-to-end accountability of commercial delivery of Health Proposition and product enhancement.
Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders including vendors, creative and media agencies for all aspects of campaigns.
Ensure smooth executions of events including project management, registration process and administrative work for all health marketing initiatives
Assist with procurement and payment process for services rendered.
