As our Social & Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll lead a talented team of creatives and coordinators to shape bold campaigns, deliver data-led results, and build meaningful relationships with content creators who align with our purpose and power.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach and develop a small but mighty team, creating a culture of creativity, accountability, and purpose
- Build and deliver global + regional social and influencer strategies that spark community and drive brand growth
- Lead day-to-day content execution across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube & LinkedIn
- Bring campaigns to life from concept to completion—briefing, gifting, managing, and measuring
- Own performance reporting, campaign optimisation, and insights-led innovation
- Collaborate with PR, Creative, Digital, and eComm to amplify launches, events, and activations
What You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years in a social/influencer role, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or retail
- Strong platform fluency (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube)
- Experience leading and mentoring creative teams
- Strategic mindset with creative flair and strong copywriting skills
- Confidence in data analysis, performance reporting, and campaign optimisation
- A collaborative, calm-under-pressure, results-driven approach
