We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Operations Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling, and execution of content across CORSAIR’s global social media channels.

Content Operations
- Source, organize, and upload content assets from internal teams, creators, and contractors.
- Maintain and update the global content calendar in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
- Schedule approved content across multiple platforms using Sprout Social or similar tools.
- Coordinate with internal and external photographers to ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Track photo requests, deadlines, and usage across campaigns and launches.
Community Engagement
- Engage daily with the community across key platforms (X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit).
- Respond to comments and messages in an authentic, brand-aligned tone.
- Identify and curate high-quality user-generated content (UGC) for future features or reposts.
Reporting & Insights
- Monitor community sentiment, engagement trends, and overall brand conversation.
- Share quick insights and highlight notable shifts in community activity with the social team.

What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in social media coordination, publishing, or operations — ideally within the gaming, hardware, or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of platform best practices across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging channels.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills — you thrive in structured environments and can manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, or similar).
- Passion for gaming, technology, and the PC enthusiast community.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent image-editing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and content execution.
- Bonus: Familiarity with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or CapCut).
