What You’ll Do
Develop compelling digital content for the company website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
Coordinate photography and videography to showcase our homes, communities, and company culture.
Produce creative videos and multimedia that elevate our brand presence.
Manage all social media platforms — including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Houzz, Threads, Twitter, and YouTube — to grow engagement and reach.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize results.
Write and manage blog content, keeping the website and affiliate pages up to date and engaging.
Maintain affiliate websites, including the design gallery, ensuring accurate and current information.
Support company marketing events by producing consistent, on-brand content and assisting with event coordination.
Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, digital ads, and other collateral.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Certification or training in Meta Advertising a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of social media management, marketing strategy, and design concepts.
Ability to manage multiple creative projects and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
Passion for visual storytelling and brand development.
Work Environment
This position operates primarily in an office setting with a collaborative, creative team. Occasional lifting (up to 50 pounds) may be required for marketing materials or event setup. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with disabilities.
