The Chief Client Office (CCO) is focused on providing consistent Client Experience across all business lines and geographies, enabling enhanced Client Satisfaction, Revenue Growth and Business Line Success. The CCO function includes Sales, Partners, Relationship Management, Integration, Marketing & Communications and Sales Analytics & Operations.

The Impact you will have in this role:
The Marketing and Communications department at DTCC shapes and promotes the company's brand, messaging and public image across all channels. This team develops and drives strategic marketing campaigns, leads internal and external communications, oversees media relations, and creates content that engages target audiences. Through digital marketing, advertising, public relations, social media, content and events, the department works to drive awareness, attract and retain customers or partners, and support overall business goals. The Global Head of Marketing will serve as the strategic architect and operational leader of the company's Marketing efforts, inclusive of brand strategy, design, marketing management, digital marketing, website management and the martech stack. This executive will be responsible for shaping and delivering an ambitious, data-driven marketing strategy that strengthens brand equity, drives client engagement and accelerates growth across both core services and emerging business lines. As the company evolves into a more innovative and client-centric organization, this role, in partnership with its counterparts in Communications, will be pivotal in positioning the firm as a trusted partner and inspiring leader in the financial services industry.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a global marketing strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives, transformation agenda and long-term growth plans.
- Lead brand evolution efforts to reflect innovation, leadership, trust, and strategic value to external clients and collaborators.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders, product teams, and client-facing functions to align marketing programs to both core business and commercial priorities.
- Build and scale a performance-driven marketing engine that supports both enterprise-level brand awareness and targeted demand generation.
- Oversee integrated campaigns across digital, content, advertising, events, and partner channels to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Deliver business results by establishing clear financial goals and ROI tracking from marketing programs.
- Champion the use of data, analytics, and marketing technology to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead the in-house and agency creative teams to deliver compelling visual and narrative storytelling.
- Drive digital marketing engagement through SEO/SEM, social media, web, and email marketing strategies.
- Be responsible for the martech stack and web platforms, including DTCC.com, the company intranet, and Marketo as well as the integration with other CCO tools and analytics platforms.
- Cultivate a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
- Lead the development of new capabilities in AI, digital marketing, brand engagement, content strategy, and client insights.
- Elevate how we work through technology, data and insights and turn them into action.
- Develops a risk management culture through implementation and demonstration of processes and procedures which identify and mitigate risk.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred with master’s or equivalent experience.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
