Working at Turnkey
Our technical team is remote-first, but all non-technical team members are based out of our headquarters in NYC. We value in-person collaboration and organize regular offsites to bring the team together.

Your role
As Growth Marketing Manager at Turnkey, you’ll own our paid and performance growth engine. You’ll focus on driving qualified demand and pipeline through data-backed experimentation, high-leverage campaigns, and strategic partnerships.
You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, sales, and data, building scalable systems that turn awareness into adoption. You will:
Own strategy and execution across paid channels (search, social, sponsorships, etc.) to drive qualified leads and brand visibility.
Identify and evaluate new paid opportunities, including events, podcasts, newsletters, social ads and partnerships.
Plan and manage event presence – from sponsored conferences to hosted dinners – maximizing ROI through pre- and post-event campaigns.
Work closely with Product Marketing and Sales to align messaging, targeting, and pipeline goals.
Develop and test creative concepts across ad formats, landing pages, and CTAs.
Set up, track, and analyze campaign performance across platforms to optimize spend and conversion.
Build scalable growth experiments and report insights to leadership.
Collaborate with design and content to develop assets that perform in paid and organic contexts.
Contribute to shaping our growth marketing playbook as we scale.
What we're looking for
4–7 years of experience in growth, performance, or demand generation, ideally in B2B SaaS or developer infrastructure.
Proven record of building and scaling acquisition channels that drive measurable business impact.
Experience owning paid budgets and channel performance across digital and event-based marketing.
Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data tools (Google Analytics, CRMs, ad platforms, attribution systems).
Excellent project management and communication skills – able to align cross-functional teams around goals.
Creative, hands-on operator who’s comfortable testing, failing fast, and scaling what works.
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
Style points
You’ve scaled acquisition efforts for developer or infrastructure products.
You’ve built and owned full-funnel systems for lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
You’ve managed conference and sponsorship strategy from ideation to post-event conversion.
