The Small Business Marketing Team is responsible for acquisition and customer engagement marketing for all Small Business Charge, Proprietary Lending and Co-Brand cards and Small Business Banking Products.
The Senior Manager of Spend Growth & Diversification Marketing will be a core member of the Customer Engagement Marketing Team and tasked with driving Card Member loyalty and engagement through industry-specific marketing programs. This is a crucial role, leading a team of 2 direct reports, to ideate, launch, and run targeted loyalty offers to capture spend across relevant industries where our Card Members do business. This Senior Manager will also be responsible for developing and piloting loyalty offer strategies tailored to specific customer segments to test new ways to drive spend with new offer capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
Experience in digital marketing, understanding of execution processes and marketing capabilities (including Amex Offers), and previous work with creative agencies required.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
Collaborative approach, and the ability to partner and influence effectively across band levels.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions and translate insights into winning strategies.
Problem solver who can persevere through operational challenges and navigate a matrixed organization.
Passion for thinking outside the box and looking externally to find inspiration.
Desire to have fun, inspire a positive team culture, and project a growth mindset to take advantage of dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of experience preferred.
Looking for a seasoned B35 with experience managing a team and diverse set of partners.
Interest in identifying new and streamlining opportunities, selling ideas into leadership, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and/or direct reports to drive results and inspire change.
Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
