About the role
This role is perfect for a strategic, energetic marketer who can translate market and product insights into compelling positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution. You’ll partner across Product, Sales, and Customer teams to shape messaging that resonates with buyers, fuel content and customer lifecycle strategy, and launch innovative products. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is curious about competitors and trends, and has the grit to push initiatives from concept to market success.
What you'll do
- Customer Lifecycle Enablement & Marketing – Builds and operationalizes playbooks that define how AEs and CSMs engage customers across the lifecycle—from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion—while driving the strategy for lifecycle marketing and executive community programs that deepen engagement, retention, and growth.
- Launch & Roadmap Operations – Leads product and feature launches in collaboration with R&D Operations, Product, and the Growth team to ensure internal alignment, clear messaging, and flawless GTM execution that drives adoption and revenue impact.
- Messaging & Narrative Development – Creates and enables differentiated messaging and positioning that tell a compelling story, drive thought leadership, and fuel a content strategy aligned to the buyer journey. Ensures core narratives and value propositions inform sales and CSM resources across enablement and lifecycle programs.
- Sales Enablement – Equips the sales team with stage-by-stage pitches, persona-based playbooks, competitive insights, and customer stories aligned to buyer needs to accelerate new business and cross-sell opportunities.
- Market & Competitive Intelligence – Maintains an exceptional pulse on competitors, industry trends, and the voice of the customer (VoC), translating insights into strategic recommendations that shape GTM plans, strengthen positioning, and guide business decisions.
- AI & LLM Innovation – Champions the use of AI and LLM best practices to accelerate content development, automate research, and personalize enablement materials for maximum efficiency and impact.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Eight years or more of related experience required.
- Enterprise B2B SaaS experience required.
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

- Familiarity with retail and returns management
