About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager who thrives on performance, data, and results. In this role, you’ll own, scale, and optimise our multi-channel paid acquisition strategy for ClickTech HUB. You’ll lead on media planning, budget ownership, campaign execution and performance reporting, while working closely with agency partners and building out an internal paid team from the ground up.
You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and play a critical role in hitting our subscriber growth, CAC efficiency, and payback targets in the next phase of scale. You’ll also work closely with our Co-Founder - Chief Marketing Officer on strategic growth initiatives and be expected to present key insights and recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team, including the Co-Founder CEO.
This is a high-ownership, hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes initiative, thrives in fast-paced environments and can deliver scalable growth while collaborating cross-functionally.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Strategy & Leadership
- Own and lead the end-to-end paid media strategy and budget across all core acquisition channels.
- Set clear KPIs and benchmarks for CAC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV:CAC - aligned with company OKRs.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Product, and Lifecycle teams to align messaging and funnel performance.
- Manage and challenge external agency partners to continuously improve performance and efficiency.
- Initially working with our media agency, with potential to start recruiting key hires internally across the digital channels
- Analyse campaign data to identify insights, improve efficiency, and scale successful strategies.
- Partner with designers and content creators to produce high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Test and integrate AI tools to enhance targeting, automation, and creative workflows.
- Manage and mentor external agencies and junior team members, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product teams to align messaging and optimise the customer journey.
Campaign Execution & Optimisation

- Plan, launch, scale, and optimise paid campaigns across:
Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Search, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, Display, and Retargeting - Own the testing roadmap across audiences, placements, and bidding strategies, and collaborate with creative, CRO and marketing teams to guide experiments on ad creative, copy, and landing pages using performance insights.
- Collaborate with Creative Design and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-performing, on-brand ad creatives - across static, video, UGC and animated formats.
- Use performance data to feedback winning hooks, formats and angles to the creative team and drive iterative improvements in messaging and production.
- Maintain a constant pulse on competitor activity, ad trends, and platform innovations to spot new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Partner with CRO and Lifecycle teams to improve onboarding, trial-to-paid and upsell conversion rates.
- Stay hands-on in platforms. You’re not just setting strategy, you’re in the details, executing with excellence.
Data, Tools & Reporting
- Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly dashboards in collaboration with Marketing Ops and Analytics.
- Track and report on key metrics: CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, trials, payback period, and churn prevention.
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across all platforms using tools like GA4, GTM, SA360, CM360, and more.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance campaign performance, predictive modelling, and creative generation.
What we're looking for:
- 4-5 years experience in performance marketing, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or subscription business. Ideally with a mix of B2C & B2B businesses
- Proven success managing high 6–7 figure budgets across multiple paid media channels with measurable ROI.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube and at least one emerging platform (e.g. TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Expert understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, blended CPA and full-funnel attribution and tracking.
- Experience in market expansion - Europe, Americas or ROW
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, GTM, Segment, UTM structures and performance data pipelines.
- Experience building, leading, and coaching high-performing ads teams - including hiring, upskilling, and developing channel specialists.
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented - someone who brings solutions and momentum, not dependency or delay.
- Genuinely passionate about paid media! Someone who loves what they do, gets excited by scale and thrives on delivering real business outcomes.
- Comfortable working in early-stage or fast-growth environments, where not everything is built yet and that’s part of the appeal.
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI-powered media tools, creative testing frameworks, or direct-response funnel strategies.

- Distributed working with £150 allowance for home office set up. Most of our team work remotely but we have office space available in our Nottingham office if you prefer hybrid or office working
