Marketing Director’s Purpose: To lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that surpasses business growth targets, significantly shaping our reputation and growth.

As Marketing Director at Taxi Studio, you’ll lead the marketing strategy that fuel growth in reputation, client acquisition, and fee. As the guardian of our brand guidelines and champion of our Create unforgettable positioning, you’ll ensure message consistency across all touchpoints, driving engagement internally and externally, while always being mindful of our Code of Conduct.

Marketing Master
You’ll create and execute our marketing strategy, focused on enhancing our global reputation and driving fee growth. Skilled in budget management, you’ll maximise ROI by tracking marketing impact against annual objectives and KPIs, reporting results to the Management Team and Board quarterly. Utilising market research, forecasts, and competitive analysis, you’ll provide clear, actionable insights that amplify our marketing impact and influence.

Communication Expert
Your mission is to optimise our marketing channels, strengthen our online presence, and build lasting PR relationships with industry bodies and publications. Collaborating with the People Lead, you’ll promote our business to retain talent and attract new talent through EVP initiatives. With a focus on sustainable marketing, you’ll embrace new channels and creative strategies to stay ahead. You’re open to challenging industry norms to ensure our marketing benefits people, profitability, and the planet.

Growth Driver
Focused on lead generation and client development, you’ll attract new business by amplifying Taxi Studio’s reputation in emerging markets and industries. You’ll oversee the production of materials that enhance business efficiency and fee potential, qualify leads, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with Business Development to convert leads and identify new opportunities.

Brand Champion
As the guardian of our brand, you’ll ensure all marketing materials are on-brand, consistent, and coherent. Working with Creative Directors, you’ll uphold brand integrity across the business and keep materials up-to-date and accessible.

Team Leader
As a Head of Team, you’ll build and develop our Marketing Team, guiding day-to-day activities and nurturing their skills and careers. This includes recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. As a cultural steward, you’ll embody and promote our values, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
