About the Role:
At Aircall, we’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team of talented, customer-centric, collaborative PMMs. In this role, you will be a key member of a global, cross-functional team based across the Europe and the US. Your focus will be on Aircall’s Analytics and Admin capabilities, including our Analytics+ add-on. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Enablement, and Go-To-Market to drive a measurable impact on Aircall’s growth. This is a senior, individual contributor role.

This role reports to the Director of Product and Customer Marketing and is a hybrid role working in Aircall’s Paris office.

Key Responsibilities: - Define differentiated, compelling core messaging and develop the go-to-market strategy for our Analytics and Admin capabilities, including our Analytics+ add-on
- Make sure internal teams like Sales and Customer Success have the resources they need about our Analytics and Admin capabilities, such as training, competitive talking points, and customer testimonials
- Own website content and collateral materials around these product capabilities, such as one-sheets and videos
- Become an expert in our product, our market, our competitors, and especially our global customers and buyers, and contribute those insights to our go-to-market approach.
- Contribute to roadmap planning by understanding market needs and by understanding market needs, win/loss reasons, and helping prioritize initiatives and enhancements that will impact acquisition, expansion and retention
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues and use your knowledge of our product, market, and buyers to recommend topics for blog posts, e-books, events, and global campaigns
- Craft and articulate our unified, differentiated value proposition across a portfolio of Aircall solutions with an impactful core messaging and positioning framework and supporting bill of materials that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Get familiar with how our product is used by different customer segments, and use this information to inform go-to-market strategies, global marketing campaigns, and other initiatives
- Bring creative problem-solving approaches to the team to help Aircall achieve ambitious revenue goals in 2025 and beyond.
Qualifications:- Outstanding English and French language skills (German also a plus) with written, verbal and presentation skills. You can easily “make it make sense” for an audience of internal colleagues, buyers, and the market at large.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in tech Product or Product Marketing at a B2B SaaS organization. Bonus points if you’ve focused on the SMB segment in the past!
- An ownership mindset focused not just on content output, but also on proactive communication, building effective go-to-market strategies, and taking the initiative to drive real revenue outcomes.
- Proven project management skills, especially in dynamic startup or scaleup environments
- A clear ability to work cross-functionally to achieve business goals–particularly with Product, Go-to-Market, Marketing, and Enablement teams.
- A data-centric mindset and ability to set measurable objectives
- A versatile player who’s just as comfortable crafting impactful product value stories as they are analyzing competitive research or building product demos.
- An excellent storyteller who understands how to tailor a message to meet an audience’s needs
- A globally-minded person who enjoys working with a diverse group of international colleagues
