- A strategic digital marketer with practical experience in crafting and delivering paid media strategies.
- Proficient in translating business goals into measurable strategies for paid media that optimise growth, efficiency, and value.
- Experienced with a variety of paid digital channels including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing.
- Skilled in data analysis, proficient in Google Analytics and conversion tracking to transform performance insights into more informed decisions and maximize ROI.
- Skilled in budget management, capable of optimising spend across channels while balancing short-term impact with sustained development.
- A creative communicator, with the ability to tailor copy and content to diverse audiences and platforms for maximum engagement.
- A collaborative leader, experienced in mentoring teams, guiding agencies, and building internal capability to elevate digital expertise.
- Future-focused, with a strong grasp of emerging trends and an aim to keep paid strategies competitive and innovative.
Your new role:
You’ll lead in shaping our paid media strategy across a vibrant mix of platforms. From Google and Bing to Meta, LinkedIn, and beyond, you’ll craft and run campaigns that fuel connection, drive engagement, and deliver meaningful results. You’ll bring your expertise to life by mentoring team members, embedding best practices, and building thoughtful systems that support sustainable growth and innovation.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, perfect for someone who thrives on blending big-picture thinking with day-to-day impact. Your insights will help us engage audiences, elevate performance, and champion bold ideas in the digital space. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team and agency partners to ensure every campaign is purposeful and measurable.
- Build and deliver a paid digital strategy that fuels audience growth, amplifies engagement, and integrates seamlessly with broader marketing and company goals.
- Lead high-impact campaigns from concept to conversion, optimising audience targeting, creatives, and landing pages to generate high-quality leads and deliver measurable return on investment.
- Own and manage paid media budgets, balancing performance with long-term value and growth.
- Embed smart tracking and analytics frameworks using tools like Google Analytics, turning data into actionable insights and continuous performance improvements.
- Champion a test-and-learn culture, using performance data to refine bidding, targeting, and creative strategies - accelerating results through fast feedback loops.
- Collaborate across teams and functions, aligning paid activity with strategic priorities and ensuring campaigns support wider engagement and publishing outcomes.
- Grow internal capability, mentoring colleagues and sharing expertise to build a confident, data-driven marketing team with strong paid media knowledge.
- Lead agency partnerships with vision and accountability, staying ahead of digital trends to deliver innovative, competitive campaigns that stand out.
