We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Credit Compass team.
About us
Imagine a world where every small business has the power to thrive. That's the world we're building at iwoca. Small businesses aren't just statistics – they're the heartbeat of our communities, the character of our high streets, and the engine of our economy. Since 2012, we've revolutionised how these businesses access finance, turning what was once a lengthy, frustrating process into something remarkable: funding that's fast, flexible, and actually works for modern businesses.
Our impact speaks for itself: we've provided billions in funding to over 150,000 businesses across Europe, making us one of the continent's leading fintech innovators. But we're just getting started. Our mission? To empower one million businesses with the financial tools they deserve.
We combine cutting-edge technology and data science with genuine human understanding to make finance feel less like a barrier and more like a superpower. Whether it's managing cash flow or seizing unexpected opportunities, we ensure businesses get the funds they need – often within minutes.
We've already made significant strides, but our ambition stretches far beyond just finance. We're acutely aware that access to capital is just one piece of the puzzle. That's why we're now launching innovative tools like Credit Compass, our free Business Health Tool, designed to give small business owners clarity around their financial health and credit standing.
Your Mission
Your mission will be to get customers to use Credit Compass frequently by making every insight feel clear, relevant, and actionable. You’ll turn complex financial data into guidance that business owners can genuinely use to make better decisions — helping them understand where they stand today, and what steps will move them forward tomorrow. You’ll develop our positioning, in-product storytelling, and data-driven experimentation, to ensure the Credit Compass becomes a habit, not a one-off visit.
Responsibilities
Your key areas of responsibility will include:
Product positioning and messaging: Define how we communicate Credit Compass features — from monitoring and score insights to cashflow analysis — in ways that are clear and genuinely useful for small businesses.
User engagement and retention: Develop in-product and CRM journeys that encourage customers to return, explore new features, and act on insights (e.g. monthly summaries, score updates, improvement checklists).
Launch and adoption planning: Partner with product and data teams to plan and execute feature launches, ensuring users understand new capabilities like monitoring your business health and what insights are useful after an open banking connection.
Customer insight and feedback loops: Collect feedback from early users to improve clarity and trust in the data shown and feedback to our product team to help shape the product roadmap..
Experimentation and optimisation: Run tests on messaging, UX copy, and CRM comms to identify what improves retention and usefulness for small business owners..
Driving revenue: Support the development of lightweight cross sell tests by defining the value to customers, launch process and success metrics.
Requirements
Strong communicator who can make complex information feel simple, clear, and human.
Experience in a customer-facing or marketing role (e.g. customer success, sales, product, or comms).
Comfortable analysing data and using insights to shape messaging and engagement strategies.
Excited about crafting stories and product experiences that connect with real customer needs.
Collaborative and proactive — able to work across teams and move quickly to get things done.
Passionate about helping small businesses thrive and building products that make a real impact.
