- Experienced in planning and delivering marketing campaigns that combine strategic insight with strong execution.
- Confident using data and performance results to shape decisions, refine tactics, and demonstrate impact.
- Skilled at managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving, international environment.
- A clear communicator who builds trusted relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency, and comfortable adapting to change.

Your new role:
- Support the development and implementation of insight-led marketing strategies for Open Access journals, ensuring campaigns are audience-focused, data-informed, and aligned with publishing goals.
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing activity, working closely with colleagues across Strategy, Data, Editorial, and Product teams to ensure coherence and measurable impact.
- Analyse campaign and channel performance, drawing out insights and recommendations to optimise future marketing activity.
- Contribute to competitor, audience, and market research projects to inform journal positioning and growth strategies.
- Coordinate marketing plans, ensuring messaging, channels, and activities reflect broader portfolio strategy.
- Lead or support cross-functional projects that test new ideas to enhance effectiveness and reach.
- Share learnings, insights, and best practices to help evolve the OA marketing function and strengthen collaboration across teams.
