The Role: As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening the Ag Workers Group of Companies' brand presence. Your responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and sales teams, conducting market research, creating engaging content to support campaigns, and analyzing their performance to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and successfully execute campaigns across various digital channels, like social media, paid advertising, email and search engine optimization.
- Contribute positively to content ideation and creation, including blog posts, articles, videos, and social media posts that resonate with the insurance industry.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, new technologies, and make recommendations for how the company can stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate productively with the marketing and sales teams to enhance brand awareness and online reputation.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using Google Analytics.
- Participate effectively in cross-functional team projects as needed to support the broader marketing and business development goals.
- Positively contribute to other marketing initiatives, as needed.
- Other projects and duties, as assigned.
Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or other business-related field required.
- Google Analytics Certification and Google Ads Certification are a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing required with preference to experience in Insurance and Agricultural industries.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing data analytics and tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience using graphic design software including Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
