Director of Brand Marketing
Location: Coppell, TX (Hybrid: Tues–Thurs in office; Mon & Fri remote)
Superior Cloth & Stitch (an SGC company) is seeking a bold, consumer-obsessed Director of Brand Marketing to lead brand strategy, creative storytelling, and full-funnel marketing for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand within our scrubs apparel portfolio. This role will shape how our brand shows up, speaks, and connects—building emotional resonance with healthcare professionals and driving brand loyalty and growth.
What You’ll Do
As the brand champion, you will lead the evolution of our brand identity, creative vision, and go-to-market storytelling across all channels—from awareness and engagement to conversion. You will guide the creative process, elevate the brand narrative, and align cross-functional partners behind breakthrough brand and product campaigns.
In this role, you will:
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice to ensure a cohesive and compelling consumer experience
- Set and oversee the creative vision for brand and product storytelling, from concepting to execution
- Develop and execute full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels
- Oversee seasonal marketing planning and alignment with product launches and key brand moments
- Partner with cross-functional teams (DTC, Wholesale, Creative, Product) to deliver high-impact campaigns
- Manage budget oversight for brand and campaign initiatives, ensuring effective and efficient resource use
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Integrated Marketing Manager, fostering creativity, alignment, and results

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 8+ years of progressive experience in brand and integrated marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in consumer, apparel, or retail brand marketing strongly preferred
- Proven success leading creative development and full-funnel campaigns
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional partnership skills
- Experience managing external agency/partner relationships and marketing budgets
