- Maintain and update the UWRI brand library, Canva templates, and design assets to support team-wide consistency and efficiency.
Campaign & Production Support
- Partner with MarComms leadership to plan and execute integrated campaigns that combine strong messaging with cohesive visuals.
- Oversee print, AV, and promotional production — from vendor quotes and proofs to delivery and installation.
- Develop event and campaign materials such as signage, step-and-repeats, social cards, email graphics, and video lower thirds.
- Ensure accessibility and brand compliance across all public-facing materials.
Equity Growth Plan:
- Develop and implement a personalized, individual equity growth plan.
- Participate in annual equity training.
- Support UWRI initiatives (e.g., Equity Challenge) and participate/ agency groups (e.g., Heritage and Professionals, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Culture, Equity and Strengths Committee (CES).
