About the role
Triumph Research Intelligence is a SaaS business on a mission to make Risk Based Quality Management (RBQM) simple for all clinical trials. Our platform, OPRA, leads to safer patients and happier clinical trials teams – with the end goal being higher quality trials, better drugs getting to market quicker and ultimately, more lives saved. What’s more important than that?
As the company rapidly scales, accelerated by its strong product-market fit, the time is right for a Head of Marketing to join and lead our growing marketing team.
As Head of Marketing you will have full ownership of the Marketing budget, objectives and deliverables, working with the rest of the Exec team to set direction and ensure the company is meeting its ambitious growth targets. The main priority of your role will be drive lead generation efforts through coordinating content marketing, events and effective activity measurement.
As the Marketing advocate on the management team, championing both the team and the work they do, being a clear communicator is a must. You’ll need to not only articulate TRI’s brand across all marketing motions but also work with our small and dynamic team to ensure projects deliver.
As a company in scale-up mode having an aptitude for trying out different approaches, measuring their success and pivoting accordingly is a must. You should be comfortable encouraging this “experimental” mindset across the team, using an analytical approach to make data-driven decisions..
