More about the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically curious CRM Campaign Executive to support the execution and optimisation of client communications across our marketing automation platforms, primarily Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and/or Braze.
This is a hands-on role critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of CRM campaigns across multiple channels and markets. You will work closely with the Senior CRM Manager and cross-functional teams to build and optimise campaigns that engage clients and drive business outcomes.
Your team
Reporting directly to the Senior CRM Manager, you will play a vital role in the engagement of IG clients and its coming products for the Singapore market.
We have big expansion goals, and your insights and creativity will shape the way we communicate with traders and investors, supporting both acquisition and retention efforts for IG in Singapore.

What you'll do
Campaign Build & Deployment
- Set up, QA, and deploy campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels using SFMC and Braze.
- Work with templates, content blocks, and audience lists to ensure accurate personalisation.
Data & Automation
- Manage data extensions, imports, and automations in SFMC; audiences and segments in Braze.
- Monitor campaign performance, bounce rates, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Testing & QA
- Validate targeting rules, opt-outs, and conduct cross-device and client testing.
- Flag deliverability or performance issues for resolution.
Collaboration & Support
- Partner with the Senior CRM Manager to deliver lifecycle journeys and new product rollouts.
- Provide ad-hoc support for marketing campaigns when needed.
Reporting & Optimisation
- Extract and prepare weekly campaign performance reports for stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and optimise CRM journeys.
What you'll need for this role
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze).
- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and deliverability best practices and end to end A/B Testing
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and able to work independently, while collaborating effectively with cross-market teams.
Bonus if you have:
- Practical knowledge of HTML/CSS for responsive email design (including dark mode handling and inline styling).
- Basic working knowledge of SQL, AMPscript, or Liquid templating.
- Experience in financial services or fintech, especially in compliance-heavy environments.
- Interest in building a long-term career in CRM and marketing automation.
