JOB DESCRIPTION
Our BC&S (Beverages, Confectionary & Snacks) Portfolio includes Vit-Hit, Fulfil, Starbucks, Tony's Chocolonely, Blanco Nino, Proper Corn, and many more. The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing team with key marketing tasks and assist in delivering best in class trade marketing activities on all brands in the BC&S Portfolio. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the BC&S marketing team in achieving world class execution of marketing plans.
- Spend time in trade working with field sales & merchandising team, increasing share of mind of BC&S brands.
- Act as a brand ambassador by sampling, promoting and educating consumers out in the field
- Develop sales aids & POS tools to help our sales team in the selling process.
- Support all brand promotion activity in trade and ensuring POS tools are created on time and distributed amongst field sales team.
- Assist in maximising visibility of all BC&S brands across Off Trade accounts.
- Assist in the placement and management of stands, building displays and placement of POS material in appropriate Off Trade accounts.
- Help set up and man trade fairs, sampling and promoting our brands at every opportunity.
- Assist in the processing of invoices and maintaining budgets.
- Any other duties and responsibilities appropriate for the role.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- FMCG experience preferable
- Good communication and presentation skills
- A passion for brand building
- Analytical and strategic with the ability to problem-solve
- Ability to foster close working relationships and work as part of a team
- Innovative with an appetite for success
- Full clean driving licence
