We are seeking a Direct Response Marketer (Lead Nurturing, Direct Mail, Paid Social, Email) who thrives on driving measurable growth across paid social channels and conversion funnels. This role focuses on campaign strategy, optimization, and attribution analysis to maximize ROAS and deliver qualified leads and conversions. The right candidate will combine creative testing with analytical rigor to turn ad spend into scalable performance.
What a Typical Day Looks Like:
- Start your morning by reviewing key metrics , appointment volume, cost per lead, and campaign lift across channels.
- Collaborate with our creative and data teams to refine the next wave of direct mail and digital ads.
- Optimize an ongoing Meta campaign by testing new copy angles or a fresh “Free Design Guide” offer.
- Check on CRM automations to ensure leads who didn’t book receive the right follow-up sequence.
- End your day presenting results and insights to leadership, highlighting what worked and what’s next in your testing roadmap.
- Develop 3–5 touch, multi-channel journeys that progress from awareness to conversion.
- Coordinate direct mail, digital ads, and CRM campaigns into seamless, consistent customer experiences.
- Plan segmented mail campaigns with tailored offers, strong calls-to-action, and clear tracking mechanisms.
- Implement match back analysis to measure performance and booked appointments driven by mail.
- Manage Meta, TikTok, and YouTube campaigns with a focus on booked appointments as the ultimate KPI.
- Continuously test creative, offers, and targeting to improve conversion efficiency.
- Create automated sequences for new leads, unsold estimates, reactivations, and renewals
- Segment audiences based on urgency, engagement, and intent to personalize communication.
- Build and enhance landing pages that streamline scheduling and calling.
- Integrate credibility elements, testimonials, financing options, and satisfaction guarantees, to increase trust.
- Maintain full-funnel visibility with UTMs, pixels, call tracking, and offline conversion tracking.
- Use holdout and geo-testing to validate incremental lift beyond last-click attribution.
- Produce weekly dashboards summarizing tests, learnings, and next steps.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in direct response marketing with measurable revenue results.
- Proven track record building multi-channel funnels that convert leads to booked appointments.
- Experience managing direct mail programs and analyzing match back performance.
- Ability to connect ads → site → CRM → booked jobs using strong data and testing discipline.
- Proficiency in marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS/MER) and performance dashboards.
Nice-to-Haves
- Background in lead-generation industries such as home services, insurance, or financial products.
- Experience managing campaigns at a mid-sized company ($10–50M revenue).
- Familiarity with basic creative editing (UGC sourcing, light photo/video edits).
