IAS is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Demand Generation to lead our global campaigns, pipeline growth, and inbound marketing engine. This leader will be responsible for building and executing multi-channel demand generation programs that drive measurable growth across IAS’s product suite. The ideal candidate will be experienced in B2B SaaS and/or ad tech, passionate about data-driven marketing, and have a proven track record of scaling pipeline and revenue. 
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation and pipeline acceleration strategy to support revenue goals for all IAS business lines and regions across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- Lead a team of Global demand generation marketers in building integrated, multi-channel ABM campaigns leveraging digital, content , events, email, and paid media that scale across regions.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Development to align campaign strategy with go-to-market plans and ICP targets.
- Own the marketing funnel from lead acquisition through nurture, scoring, and conversion, optimizing for efficiency and effectiveness at every stage.
- Own the website, optimizing as a central tool used in the B2B buying journey
- Own email marketing strategy to build the contactable database and create engagement with customers and prospects
- Own paid media strategy, optimizing for ROI
- Oversee agency relationships, driving performance and accountability
- Oversee MarTech stack and campaign operations, ensuring optimal performance, measurement, and ROI across channels.
- Drive marketing analytics, pipeline attribution, and reporting, communicating results and insights to executive leadership.
- Test and implement scalable programs for new market segments, product launches, or verticals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across stakeholder groups.
Requirements 
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
- 10+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles, with 5+ years in a leadership position; experience in ad tech, martech, SaaS, or a related digital media field strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success building and scaling integrated demand generation programs that deliver sales pipeline and % of revenue.
- Deep expertise in ABM digital marketing, inbound and outbound tactics, and lead nurturing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo (or similar MAP), ABM platform, marketing analytics, and attribution modeling.
- Exceptional leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong ability to analyze, interpret, and act on marketing and revenue metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable with executive-level audiences.
New York Applicants: The salary range for this position is $161,000 - $276,000. Actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.
