About the Opportunity

As a Demand Generation Manager you will manage campaigns and programs that build pipeline and ladder up to Contentful’s revenue goals and company objectives. You will be a part of the Demand Generation function within Contentful’s Marketing team and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and other functions within Marketing to develop and execute global integrated, buyer journey-driven demand generation campaigns.

What to expect?

Ideate creative campaigns that help cut through the noise and engage target personas across online and offline channels.
Develop, execute, analyze, and optimize campaigns and programs that create demand and accelerate buying cycles; drive pipeline and bookings that meet Marketing’s influenced and originated contributions goals.
Collaborate with Field organization, including BDRs, to enable and activate for promotions and follow-ups of demand generation campaigns and programs
Assess the effectiveness of your campaigns using measurement and attribution modeling techniques to optimize future programs and campaigns
Monitor lead creation and influence by program message, persona, and vertical
Collaborate with and project manage cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure deliverables are on time and on budget
Review campaign performance, compile lessons learned, and communicate recommendations for improvement to stakeholders
Navigate complex workflows, working relationships, and regional differences to be part of a collaborative working environment

What you need to be successful

4+ years B2B demand generation marketing, SaaS experience preferred
Proven track record of creating and executing successful demand generation campaigns that have resulted in increased lead generation and revenue growth
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, buyer personas, and customer journey mapping
Ability to pull and analyze data and make informed decisions for future performance
Experience working for a fast-growing B2B software company
Experience in executing global demand generation campaigns, including collaboration with: Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Content, Web, Paid Media, Lifecycle, Marketing Ops, Marketing Analytics, Field Marketing, and Sales teams
Ability to initiate tasks and work independently, with strong attention to detail
Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua or Pardot
Experience with Salesforce.com

This role will need to be conducted in a state in which we are currently registered to do business.

Salary Statement: The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of New York if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.

Salary Range: $111,000 - $150,000
