Elysia is dedicated to the development and commercialisation of Battery Intelligence software that is revolutionising the life, safety, and performance of battery systems. Their solutions support, optimise, and de-risk the deployment of batteries across their full lifecycle, from design and manufacture to first-life monitoring and eventual second-life use or recycling.

The Senior Marketing Manager will be a hands-on, strategic, and adaptable leader, responsible for building and executing marketing strategies that drive growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. 
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement growth-focused marketing campaigns across digital, content, and traditional channels. 
• Execute multi-channel campaigns, from planning and content creation to performance tracking. 
• Help define and refine Elysia’s brand messaging in line with company values and Fortescue’s wider mission. 
• Use data-driven insights to optimise campaigns and ensure maximum ROI. 
• Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing with customer and business goals. 
• Own and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively. 
• Stay close to market trends and customer needs, feeding insights into strategy. 
• Play a key role in evolving Elysia’s marketing function as the company scales. 
Experience:
• Proven experience in marketing within a fast-growing technology or software environment, ideally B2B. 
• Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO, social media, email, content). 
• A growth mindset with experience in lead generation and conversion optimisation. 
• The ability to be hands-on, agile, and innovative in a fast-paced setting. 
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. 
• Leadership potential to grow into a broader strategic role as the company expands.
