We’re the Moonpig Group – home to Moonpig, Greetz, Red Letter Days and Buyagift – and we’re on a mission to make people feel loved, celebrated and remembered. Whether it’s a card that gets them laughing out loud or a gift that makes their day, we help people stay close, no matter the miles.
We’re proud to be leading the online gifting revolution, with brilliant products, clever tech and a whole lot of heart. Our platform makes it easy to create moments that matter – packed with personal touches and delivered with care.
We’re not just about selling cards or gifts – we’re here to spread joy, spark smiles and make every celebration feel extra special. And with values that guide how we work and support one another, we’ve built a place where people (and ideas) can truly thrive.
If you’re looking to make an impact, bring your spark and be part of something meaningful – we’d love to have you on the team.
About the Role
At Moonpig, we help people connect and celebrate life’s moments - big and small. We’re now ready to take that magic to even more customers across the US, and we’re looking for a US Growth Lead to make it happen.
This is a rare opportunity to blend commercial ownership with growth innovation. You’ll own the US P&L, lead on growth strategy, and design the experiments and levers that shape our next phase of expansion.
Reporting to our Director of New Markets, you’ll drive growth for Moonpig in the US - balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You’ll test bold ideas, scale what works, and bring fresh ways of growing sustainably in a huge, fast-moving market.
We’re using AI tools to create and test personalised ads to reach the right customers efficiently - so this isn’t a “big-spend marketing” role. It’s about experimentation, building smart systems, learning fast, and productising growth for long-term impact.
We care most about your ability to experiment, analyse and deliver results so this role would be best suited to a Growth Product Manager looking to move into a more strategic and commercial role. If you don't have hands on experience of owning a P&L but want to learn, or if you don't have any direct experience specifically in the US market then we'd still love to hear from you.
