Job Summary
We’re looking for an ambitious Demand Generation Marketing Manager to own and execute campaigns that generate high-quality leads and accelerate Novata’s brand growth and market presence. This is a hands-on role where you’ll build and run multi-channel campaigns, shape growth strategies, and bring creative ideas to life across all marketing channels including events, digital, and content.

What You'll Be Doing
- Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across digital, events, and partnerships to drive pipeline and revenue.
- Lead global event marketing from concept to follow-up, including roundtables, breakfasts, dinners, and third-party conferences. Deliver high-impact experiences that build community, showcase Novata’s brand, and drive measurable results.
- Partner with the Performance Marketing Lead to shape and optimize Novata’s digital strategy. Bring hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, and continually test new tactics to maximize reach, lead quality, and ROI.
- Craft compelling copy for ads, landing pages, emails, and campaigns that convert.
- Collaborate with creative, product, and commercial teams to build impactful campaigns that align with business goals.
- Support search engine optimisation (SEO), conversion rate optimisation (CRO), sales enablement and referral initiatives to maximise lead quality and conversion.
- Track performance closely, share insights, and make data-informed decisions to refine strategy.
About You
- 3+ years’ experience in growth or demand generation marketing, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to write clear, persuasive, on-brand content.
- Ability to effectively communicate sustainability themes and product value aligned to global and regional prospect, client, and market opportunities.
- Proven experience planning and delivering events as part of an integrated marketing strategy.
- Skilled in building optimised, high-converting and AI-searchable web and campaign pages.
- Experience working in Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude. You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and making things happen.
- Familiarity and experience working in Wordpress Elementor and Hubspot.

- This role is based in London, with hybrid working arrangements (2 days in office).
