As our next CRM Lead, you’ll be at the heart of how we engage our customers, shaping journeys that are smart, creative, and impossible to ignore. You’ll take ownership of our CRM strategy, combining technical mastery of Braze with big-picture thinking to deliver multi-channel campaigns that grow our app audience and boost customer loyalty. This isn’t just about sending emails, it’s about building lifecycle experiences that transform how customers connect with us.
Forget long lists,  here’s what you’ll actually spend your time on:
- Owning and shaping our CRM roadmap, creating campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app that set the standard for creativity and impact.
 
 
- Getting under the skin of our customer journey and product to supercharge existing comms and launch automated lifecycle programs.
 
 
- Driving app-first engagement, embedding CRM into every customer touchpoint to fuel booking growth.
 
 
- Championing a test-and-learn mindset - smarter segmentation, standout creative, and continuous optimisation through data and reporting.
 
 
- Working closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data to deliver campaigns that hit both customer needs and commercial goals.
 
 
- Mentoring and leading on CRM best practice, helping the team push boundaries and stay ahead of the curve. 
It’s not about ticking every box. It’s about turning up curious, ready to crack on. You’ll do well here if you bring:
- Experience in a CRM leadership role, blending strategy and hands-on execution.
 
 
- Deep knowledge of Braze (or similar platforms like Salesforce or Optimove).
 
 
- Confidence with HTML, CSS, Liquid logic, and SQL for personalised, responsive campaigns.
 
 
- A proven track record of building multi-channel journeys and automated lifecycle flows.
 
 
- Experience in driving app audience growth and lifecycle optimisation.
 
 
- A customer-first mindset with passion, curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
- Comfort with weekly reporting and data-led decision making.
