Your Role: Senior Manager – B2B Online Marketing and Lead Generation (Manchester)
We’re looking for an experienced, proactive Senior Manager to lead digital campaigns across our Local Sales and B2B channels, including global.com. This is a new team in a new location, with scope to make a real impact.
This hands-on, high-impact role drives leads, engagement, and conversion through paid digital activity and our advertiser-facing website. You’ll shape campaign strategy and performance at the core of the Commercial Marketing team, collaborating closely with CRM and National Sales.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing – Local Sales, you’ll line-manage a high-performing Online Marketing Executive (based at Global’s HQ, Leicester Square) and lead the digital performance narrative in quarterly leadership reviews—communicating results, optimisations, key wins, and feedback.
As a Senior Manager – B2B Online Marketing & Lead Generation at Global, you will:
Digital Campaign Delivery – Local Sales (50%)
- Plan and execute targeted lead generation across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, SEO, and other channels to attract new SME and regional advertisers. 
- Oversee day-to-day campaign delivery, ensuring accuracy, creativity, and strong performance. 
- Partner with CRM to align acquisition with nurture journeys and optimise for lead quality and conversion. 
- Present digital performance and actionable insights in quarterly leadership reviews 
- Manage agency partners (SEO, PPC, content) to ensure all activity supports business and trading priorities. 
B2B Website Management (30%)
- Lead a refresh of Global.com’s B2B/commercial pages across markets, ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned to priorities. 
- Regularly review site performance and drive improvements in content, UX, and conversion to meet commercial goals. 
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver efficient, high-quality web updates. 
- Analyse traffic and journey data to identify and lead upgrade initiatives. 
- Partner with Technology to maintain site stability and performance. 
National Sales Campaign Support (20%)
- Deliver digital support for National Sales campaigns, adapting messaging for paid channels and web. 
- Align timelines, assets, and tracking with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

- Identified early website or campaign optimisations that enhance lead quality and conversion.
