We’re looking for a talented Social Media and Content Manager to join the Marketing Team at Jacada. This is a maternity cover contract, with the possibility to transition into a permanent position. 
The Social Media and Content Manager is a creative, brand-driven role. You’ll oversee the content for our organic social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn) and email marketing, including workflows and newsletters, managing a small team. 
The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing and editing skills – and a strong eye for visuals – as well as excellent organisation.
We’re looking for someone with at least five years of experience, including line-management. You should be results-driven and proactive, keen to work collaboratively and forge strong relationships. A travel industry background isn’t essential, but you should be familiar with the luxury sector.
About the role
You’ll report to the Head of Content and join a welcoming and supportive team.
Day-to-day, you’ll support and guide your team as they produce social assets and draft emails, getting hands-on with copywriting and editing where needed. You’ll steer testing and community management, and sign off final content before it goes live to ensure adherence to our brand guidelines. 
On a monthly basis, you’ll own and drive forward our social media and email content calendar, working closely with regional experts to ensure commercial priorities are represented. You’ll collaborate regularly with the digital team, who build and implement our email marketing, to monitor performance – and contribute to our overarching strategy.
What we’re looking for: 
Essential:
- Experience in social media management and creation (across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and TikTok) 
- Experience in email marketing 
- Line management experience 
- Strong copywriting skills  
- Great organisation 
- A thorough understanding of marketing KPIs 
- Knowledge of the luxury sector 
Good to have:
- Experience within the travel industry 
- A deep understanding of the US market 
- Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of sustainable travel 
- Extensive knowledge of Canva, Hubspot and scheduling tools 
- Experience producing paid social creative

While we have a lovely office in London and some of us work days from there regularly, the marketing team is mostly remote. 
This role is open to remote applications, but you must be based within three hours of the UK timezone and able to work 10am–6pm alongside the London team.
