✨ Position: Product Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a strategic and results-drivenProduct Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for REDW’s advisory services. In this high-impact role, you’ll turn complex service offerings into compelling stories that resonate with clients, bridging the gap between marketing, sales, and service teams.

✔ What You’ll Do
Strategy & Research:
- Conduct comprehensive competitive and market analysis to understand industry trends, client pain points, and position REDW's offerings against competitors
- Collaborate with consultants and practice leaders to develop clear, differentiated value propositions for new and existing services, translating technical functionality into compelling client benefits
- Plan and oversee the go-to-market launch of accounting and advisory services across all REDW service lines and practices.
- Develop detailed buyer personas representing target audiences, including demographics, challenges, decision-making processes, and buying criteria to further optimize messaging, media and content.
- Bridge communication between service line leaders, sales, and marketing functions to ensure cohesive execution and Content & Communications
- Create comprehensive marketing and sales enablement materials including white papers, case studies, blog posts, sales presentations, battle cards, ROI calculators, and website copy.
- Partner with subject matter experts to establish REDW as industry thought leader through high-quality content addressing client problems.
- Collaborate with digital marketing and communications teams to execute multi-channel campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Provide comprehensive training and tools to enable sales teams, ensuring effective communication of service value propositions.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Define and monitor comprehensive KPIs, using data to track campaign success, report on ROI, and identify improvement opportunities
- Continuously improve and streamline the firm's marketing practices and go-to-market processes
- Win/Loss Analysis: Conduct systematic analysis of won and lost deals to refine messaging and competitive positioning
 
 What You Bring
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience (financial services, SaaS, or professional advisory roles encouraged are great, but all industries welcome).
- Proven experience building innovative GTM strategies for diverse service lines or products, including audience design and campaign development across lifecycle stages.
- A hands-on team player experienced with balancing strategic priorities alongside execution details like campaign setup, performance reporting, and optimization.
- Strong comfort collaborating cross-functionally across product/service, marketing, sales, and experience teams.
 What Sets You Apart
- Experience with industry systems and tools such as Social Media Management, WordPress, Google Analytics, CRM, Automation, Adobe products and MS Office Suite
- Data Analytics, KPI’s and Campaign Management and Measurement 
- Working knowledge of UI/UX, sales funnel improvements, sales optimization 
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Hubspot), CRM systems, and analytics tools.
