Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and proactive Marketing & Social Media Intern to assist our Marketing Manager with daily operations, research, and project coordination. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in gaining exposure to law firm marketing, communications, and digital media management.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Marketing Manager with day-to-day coordination of marketing projects and campaigns.
Assist with scheduling and posting approved content on social media platforms.
Track engagement and assist in compiling analytics reports.
Conduct competitor and industry research to identify trends and opportunities.
Help maintain and update marketing spreadsheets, contact databases, and content calendars.
Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for marketing initiatives and materials.
Assist with logistics for firm photo shoots, events, or video production as needed.
Provide general administrative support to the marketing and operations teams.

Qualifications

Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter).
Reliable, professional, and eager to learn in a collaborative team environment.

Schedule

Full-Time: Monday-Friday, 9AM-6PM (eST)
Part-Time: Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday, with flexibility for Wednesdays if needed. 10AM-4PM or 11AM-5PM.
