Job Description:
This is an ON - SITE (Monday to Friday) role at Charlotte, NC office. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Execution & Planning
- Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital (PPC, SEO, email, social media, etc.) and print channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
- Generate and pitch creative ideas that support lead generation, product launches, and brand storytelling.
Lead Generation & Performance Optimization
- Own the execution of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive qualified leads.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards that clearly communicate campaign performance and effectiveness to stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing and audience segmentation strategies to optimize targeting and messaging.
Branding & Creative Development
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Contribute to the design and development of digital ads, print collateral, landing pages, and social media content.
- Work closely with creative teams and agencies to develop compelling visuals and messaging.
Digital Asset & Social Media Management
- Manage organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize engagement metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach, engagement, and lead quality.
- Build marketing automation campaigns that align with digital report findings by utilizing Salesforce Platforms to improve customer retention.
- Stay current on digital trends and emerging platforms to keep Wastequip’s marketing fresh and competitive.
Collaboration & Project Coordination
- Coordinate with team on sales, product, and creative objectives and align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Maintain organized project timelines, campaign calendars, and reporting dashboards.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to team brainstorming and planning sessions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC, analytics, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting
- Proven track record of driving lead generation and campaign performance
- Must be able to analyze and generate Salesforce reports
- Strong understanding of branding, customer journey mapping, and integrated marketing strategy
- Must be proficient in:- Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Salesforce or other CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools
- Creative platforms like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or Canva
 
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience working with creative and media agencies
- Build and monitor Salesforce dashboards that analyze data from multiple marketing channels
- Ability to develop and pitch creative concept ideas that align with business goals and reporting
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead nurturing workflows
