About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing automation, campaign strategy, and core digital channels. The ideal candidate is a HubSpot power user who can translate business goals into high-converting digital experiences for our USA Environmental team. Success in this position will require close collaboration with technical experts, sales, and management, to ensure consistency, accuracy, and impact across all marketing initiatives.
Specific Responsibilities
· Design, build, execute, and measure multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, lead nurturing, landing pages, forms, etc.) primarily within HubSpot Marketing Hub.
· Develop and optimize automated lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, and segmentation strategies to ensure a clean database and qualified lead hand-off to the sales team.
· Work directly with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify key topics and source technical information for use in marketing assets. You will be responsible for creating the final marketing copy (emails, landing page text, ad copy) based on input from these SMEs.
· Collaborate closely with the Sales team to understand their needs, refine lead qualification criteria, and develop digital assets and messaging that directly support their sales process.
· Ensure all campaign messaging and visual elements are consistent, compelling, and strictly aligned with company writing style and brand guidelines.
· Develop and manage organic search (SEO) and paid search (SEM/PPC) strategies, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management to maximize traffic and conversion ROI.
· Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using HubSpot Analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools.
· Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign spend and performance based on key KPIs (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, ROI).
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
· Deep, hands-on experience designing and managing campaigns using HubSpot Marketing Hub is required. HubSpot Certifications a plus.
· Proven experience managing and optimizing both organic (SEO) and paid (SEM/PPC) search campaigns.
· Strong ability to interpret complex data, draw insights, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for compelling marketing copy.
· Experience with visual design, basic HTML/CSS, or proficiency with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud) for creating or modifying email templates, ad creatives, and landing page layouts is a plus.
Required Qualifications
· Degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
· 5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign execution and marketing automation.
· Fluent in English, both oral and written
· Strong organizational, project management and communication skills
Physical Demands
· Manual dexterity to perform intricate and/or repetitive tasks such as keyboarding.
· Ability to use and view a computer screen for up to 8 hours per day.
· Ability to sit at a desk and do general office work, which includes periodic sedentary responsibilities.
