We’re seeking an experienced E-Commerce & CRM Manager to join our in-house digital marketing team on a parental leave contract (5 January 2026 - 15 November 2026). This pivotal role will lead our global e-commerce and CRM strategy, driving online sales and supporting key digital transformation initiatives.
The Role
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role manages our e-commerce team and oversees our online experience across multiple international websites and CRM channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the e-commerce strategy, delivering sales and conversion outcomes, and optimising the user experience globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the global e-commerce and CRM strategy to drive online sales, bookings and email performance
- Manage six Shopify Plus websites and six Klaviyo accounts, ensuring functionality, consistency and best-in-class UX
- Own and implement SEO strategy, including technical and content optimisation in collaboration with external partners
- Oversee website content, campaigns, merchandising and technical improvements in partnership with internal teams and agencies
- Build and manage strong relationships with external digital agencies and vendors (web, SEO, CRM)
- Manage and mentor two direct reports to foster collaboration and high performance
- Monitor and report on sales, traffic, campaign ROI and performance metrics
- Lead current website development projects and contribute to future web development strategies
Essential Knowledge / Behaviours Required
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in a similar e-commerce role with proven results managing complex, high-traffic websites
- Advanced knowledge of Shopify Plus (or similar platforms)
- Experience managing digital agencies and third-party vendors
- Familiarity with Klaviyo CRM and email marketing best practice
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of driving e-commerce sales, optimising UX, and achieving commercial targets
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and budget management skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term initiatives and day-to-day execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
