Eagers Automotive is seeking a hybrid Marketing Coordinator who is enthusiastic, creative, and willing to learn and work across all areas of marketing. From events and social media to design and traditional media, this role offers a unique and exciting opportunity for the right candidate ready to hit the ground running.
The role is full-time, with some flexibility based on event schedules.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute brand requirements.
About the Role
Every day will be different, with an ever-changing list of tasks! Including but not limited to:
- Social media creation, management, and coordination
- Design – digital and traditional
- Create, design, and distribute email marketing campaigns
- Work with third-party suppliers to book and create marketing initiatives
- Maintain organised spreadsheets, budgets, and task lists
- Coordinate website updates provided by the manufacturer – either personally or by liaising with third-party suppliers
- Support event concepts – coordinating suppliers, invites, and RSVPs
- Assist the Marketing Manager in executing brand initiatives, plans, and campaigns, including vehicle launches, media campaigns, and internal tasks
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in business, marketing, events, or equivalent
- Experience with design utilising Adobe Design Suite, Canva, or similar
- Understanding of the basics of marketing coordination, branding, and/or event management
- Experience desirable but not required.
- A natural communicator and collaborator
- Enthusiastic work ethic with the ability to work both in a team and autonomously
- Enjoys planning, organising, and list-keeping, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
