Your mission:
The Head of Brand Performance will be instrumental in defining and implementing a brand strategy which not only drives growth within our Brand & Organic channels but also supports the growth of our paid marketing channels.
They will be responsible for managing our brand agency, ensuring they are focused on delivering a strategy which enables us to reach our target audience at a frequency which will drive response.
We want them to be super creative! They will own our creative messaging and will be able to push the boundaries using our fun tongue in cheek personality to really capture the attention of our customers across the various media platforms.
We love data at Wowcher, and we need our Head of Brand Performance to feel the same! Think Geo-Location Splits, Creative A/B Tests and Incrementality Measurement. We believe brand marketing not only drives direct performance within Brand and Organic channels but also can have a huge halo impact across all channels.
This is such an exciting time to join the Wowcher marketing team as we embark on this brand journey. This role will be able to drive measurable change and will have the backing of the C-Suite to achieve this change.
Your Quests Include:
- Responsible for managing and inspiring a highly skilled and creative marketing team to deliver brand growth.
- Oversee agency relationships, ensuring they drive measurable performance and accurately track the impact of their activity.
- Define and implement a creative strategy that can be leveraged consistently across all paid and organic marketing channels.
- Lead the development of creative messaging that ensures Wowcher stands out and resonates with target audiences.
- Create and oversee engaging content that reflects Wowcher’s fun, tongue-in-cheek personality across multiple media platforms.
- Develop and manage testing frameworks (e.g., geo-location splits, A/B testing, incrementality measurement) to optimise brand effectiveness.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to align all areas of the business on brand messaging, strategy, and goals.
- Measure and report on the halo effect of brand marketing across all performance channels
- Partner with C-Suite stakeholders to champion brand initiatives and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Requirements
- Had 2 - 3 years’ experience within a Brand Performance role where they successfully delivered against growth metrics
- Has proven track record of creating stand out brand campaigns.
- Experience with managing teams and agencies
- Ability to interpret data and make informed commercial/business decisions based off data.
- Good communication skills, influencing skills, and ability to manage a project or product.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
