The Social Content Creator (Beauty) will play a pivotal role in the creative concepting and pre-production phases, as well as in the execution and post-production of content for Shark Beauty. This role requires a dynamic individual who can partner with internal and external creative teams to transform briefs and concepts into production-ready presentations, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with SharkNinja's creative DNA and social-first mindset.

What You'll Do:
Assist with Creative Concepting and Pre-Production:
- Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to turn briefs and concepts into fully executable, production-ready presentations.
- Help conceptualize and bring ideas to life across Shark Beauty by preparing storyboards, shot lists, and other pre-production planning documents alongside the internal studio team.
- Ensure creative boundaries are pushed and a social-first mindset is applied across all concepts, while implementing SharkNinja's creative DNA and quality standards.
Content Creation and Execution:
- Film and execute concepts at Shark Beauty shoots, ensuring high-quality content aligned with pre-production planning and materials.
- Edit concepts captured at shoots, depending on bandwidth and number of active shoots.
- Liaise with freelance editors during multiple projects, ensuring clear direction, organized file delivery, and precise directives for action edits according to post-production timelines.
- Support the Senior Director of Social Content Studio throughout the post-production process to ensure feedback is actioned on all deliverables and learnings are documented for future improvement.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years of social media content creation experience at a creative agency, brand, or similar. Beauty focused experience is a plus.
- Ability to produce and edit compelling short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube, maintaining consistent quality and creative excellence.
- Strong eye for content creation, social media trends, and social-first editing practices.
- Strong understanding of creative development processes.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creative quality and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with project management tools, file-sharing platforms, Microsoft Business Suite, and deck-building platforms such as Keynote.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, collaborative mindset, and problem-solving mentality.
