We’re looking for an Account Manager with a strong track record of client service, a sharp understanding of digital marketing, and the confidence to lead both strategy and communication. What Success Looks Like In This Role
- Build and Grow Client Relationships: Play a central role in establishing, nurturing, and growing long-term client partnerships. Establish trust, demonstrate strategic value, and deliver measurable results that deepen client engagement over time.
- Act as a Client Liaison: Serve as the daily point of contact between clients, internal teams, and partner agencies. Ensure goals are understood, updates are timely, and everyone is aligned from start to finish.
- Be a Strategic Problem Solver: Engage daily with a motivated, collaborative team. Bring a solutions-oriented mindset to every task, and help uncover creative paths to success across projects and clients.
- Translate Business Goals into Action: Clarify client objectives early, and lead efforts to ensure those goals are achieved through precise planning, execution, and measurement.
- Balance Client and Agency Priorities: Maintain a dual focus on client success and agency efficiency. Advocate for the client while making strategic decisions that align with and support broader organizational goals.
- Lead Meetings and Communications: Facilitate kickoffs, milestone check-ins, and project post-mortems. Guide discussions around performance, budget, timeline, and results, while keeping conversations focused and moving forward.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with project managers, strategists, and fulfillment teams to ensure deliverables are aligned with strategy, completed on time, and within budget. Communicate needs clearly and help translate feedback into action.

What Sets You Up for Success
- St. Louis, Missouri-based candidates only
- Ability to travel to TG HQ located in Creve Coeur, MO, as well as client locations in the greater St Louis area.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing account management
- Proven ability to build strong, productive client relationships grounded in trust, value, and results
- Strong communication and presentation skills, confident in leading calls and strategic conversations
- Experience selling or upselling digital services, with a focus on client benefit and business outcomes
- Comfortable navigating complex projects and aligning cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, websites, analytics, etc.)
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Known for being personable, professional, and outcome-focused
- Experience working remotely with a dedicated, distraction-free workspace; confident with camera-on-video calls and fully engaged virtual collaboration
- Comfortable picking up the phone to clarify, connect, or move a conversation forward. You’re not one to hide behind email when direct communication is needed
- Able to give and receive open, constructive feedback
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and a passion for helping others succeed
- Experience juggling multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced agency setting
- Nice to Have: experience with CRM tools and project management tools
