Location: On-site in New York City, New York | Denver, Colorado
Compensation: We are open to hiring candidates in our various office locations across the United States. We also receive applications from, and hire, candidates with varying levels of experience for example those who have a few years experience in a role to those who are looking to make a step up. The salary ranges on our job postings are set so as to account for these variable factors with decisions on the salary to be offered only made once we know the experience and location of our new hire.

As an expert in Paid Social you will build and lead a cost-effective Paid Social delivery team for our clients. You’ll lead the continuous development of the Paid Social team by growing skills and knowledge internally. You’ll champion the adoption of technology to support highly efficient processes that deliver consistently brilliant work for our clients.
In this role you will:
- You’ll drive profitability & growth in the Paid Social practice through strategy, leadership and technology adoption.
- Act as senior point of escalation for clients in Social, working collaboratively with the Client Success team.
- Own staffing and hiring of Paid Social talent.
- Roll out best practices across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, X.com, Reddit & other platforms.
- Lead the career development, retention and engagement of the Social team.
- You’ll develop and deliver training, building learning and knowledge certifications across the practice and Brainlabs
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 8+ years of Paid Social experience including execution and performance ownership on major Social platforms
- Highly commercial with demonstrable experience in managing a successful and profitable team
- Comfortable presenting in a client QBR, speaking to growth strategy or discussing campaign optimizations
- Strong hiring and promotion track record
- Have a strong POV on creative & testing approach within Social platforms
- A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator
- Passionate about delivering training and growing the careers and knowledge of those around you
