To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a CRM Manager, who will take ownership of the planning and delivery of Rightmove’s B2C multi-channel engagement strategy from end to end. You’ll oversee the delivery of our B2C CRM roadmap and lifecycle communications, ensuring every message adds value for our users and supports our wider business objectives and OKRs. 


You’ll lead a small team of 1, collaborating closely with broader CRM and cross-functional teams across Marketing, Product and Data to create seamless, personalised customer experiences that drive engagement and retention. 


What you'll do

  • Orchestrate the planning and delivery of our 1:1 multi-channel journeys across email, onsite, push and SMS channels in B2C. 
  • Own the delivery of the B2C CRM roadmap, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives and marketing OKRs. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve journey orchestration, channel performance & development of our engagement strategy. 
  • Support & develop our CRM Executive, providing guidance, training and mentoring as needed.
  • Manage the CRM communications calendar and develop new briefing and process frameworks to improve collaboration and delivery. 
  • Implement test-and-learn strategies to trial new features, creative approaches, and content formats for continuous campaign optimisation. 
  • Partner with the CRM Analyst to produce regular performance reports and actionable insights that inform future activity. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Brand & Data Analytics teams to identify opportunities where CRM can add value and support ideation for new initiatives. 
  • Develop & support the campaign briefing process and contribute to creative development with Brand Design and Content teams. 


Who you are

  • Experienced in a B2C CRM or retention role, with a track record of delivering a successful CRM strategy, ideally within a consumer-facing digital business. 
  • Proven people management skills with experience of mentoring and managing a team. 
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, etc.). 
  • Hands-on experience of managing complex, multi-channel consumer journeys and data-driven segmentation. 
  • A strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and a test-and-learn mindset. 
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments. 
  • Advanced proficiency using BI and analytics tools to interpret data and comfortable translating insights into actionable improvements. 
  • Champions email & CRM best practice. 
  • HTML knowledge an advantage but not essential. 
  • Knowledge of GDPR & email marketing regulations.
