Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will support and execute digital marketing campaigns while coordinating website-related projects to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction. This role requires strong digital marketing fundamentals, good communication skills, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and clients. Candidates with web project knowledge will have an advantage.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and display platforms.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns including Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce engaging digital content.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports based on KPIs and ROI.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and share insights or recommendations for campaign improvement.
Client & Account Management
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their marketing and website needs.
- Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support proposal decks, campaign presentations, and post-campaign reviews.
Website Project Coordination (Value-Add Skill)
- Coordinate website projects by liaising with developers, designers, and internal teams.
- Assist in project planning, timelines, and scope alignment for website builds or updates.
- Oversee testing and quality checks to ensure websites meet functionality, design, and performance standards.
- Track project progress and flag risks or delays early to stakeholders.
- Ensure websites are optimized for user experience and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms (social media ads, search ads, display).
- Basic understanding of analytics tools and performance tracking.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and strong sense of ownership.
