Assembly Label is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team at our Alexandria Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketer to build hands-on experience across retail marketing, PR and digital marketing within a growing, multi-channel brand.
The Role
Reporting to the Marketing & PR Manager, the Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives across retail, digital and communications. Working closely with the marketing, retail and creative teams, you’ll help ensure campaigns and activations are delivered smoothly, accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Marketing & Events
- Support the planning and execution of in-store events, seasonal activations, and local area marketing initiatives
- Help build and maintain relationships with shopping centre management to secure promotional exposure
PR & Influencer Support
- Manage PR stock & samples
- Execute creator & press send-outs to support our PR strategy
Email Marketing & Paid Media
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns & flows
- Support paid media agency relationship & reporting
Internal Communications & Planning
- Support the ownership and upkeep of the marketing and trade calendar
- Prepare internal marketing communications
- Contribute to internal reporting
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine interest in fashion, retail and brand marketing
- A positive, solutions-focused mindset
- A desire to learn and grow within a marketing team
- Experience in a marketing or retail role preferred but not essential
