Purpose of the Role
As a Product Marketer for Launches, you will be the engine behind our core product go-to-market. You will be responsible for managing the launch process for new features, ensuring the entire company is ready to market, sell, and support them. This role requires a highly organized individual who can operate in an agile manner, acting as the critical bridge between our US-based GTM teams and our Budapest-based Product and Engineering teams. A keen eye for quality and the ability to influence senior cross-functional stakeholders are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the cross-functional GTM process for new product features and launches, ensuring all teams are aligned on timelines and deliverables.
- Translate complex technical features into clear, compelling, benefit-driven messaging for customers and prospects.
- Create high-quality launch assets, including blog posts, release notes, in-app messaging, web page updates, and sales enablement materials.
- Act as the primary marketing contact for the Product and Engineering teams, providing feedback and ensuring a smooth, repeatable launch program
- Influence and organize the launch process, holding senior stakeholders and team members accountable for their deliverables.
- Craft engaging campaigns based on new (and previously launched) product capabilities that drive bookings in partnership with the Demand Gen team
- Partner with the sales enablement team to train sales and account management on new features.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a proven track record of managing product launches.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working closely with technical product and engineering teams; experience in a global company is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- A sharp eye for quality and detail in all public-facing content and internal communications.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across different departments and time zones.
- Experience in financial services or fintech is a plus.
