Te Tūranga - The Role
As our Growth and Campaigns Coordinator, you'll translate marketing plans into high-impact global and regional campaigns that build brand awareness, generate interest, and support lead creation. You will work closely with our Growth, Creative and regional marketing teams, as well as our CRM Marketing Specialist, to ensure seamless campaign execution and visibility across the organization.
Leveraging HubSpot as a central tool, you'll coordinate, execute, and track marketing activity across channels and regions, helping us deliver cohesive, effective campaigns that support our revenue pipeline.
Your key responsibilities include:
Campaign Coordination
- Coordinate timelines, creative assets and approvals across global and regional teams.
- Support delivery of marketing campaigns that engage target audiences and contribute to lead generation.
HubSpot Campaign Management
- Set up and manage campaigns, tagging, emails, lists, and reporting dashboards.
- Use email marketing expertise to improve performance and consistency across campaigns.
Digital Advertising Support
- Coordinate digital advertising activity across paid search, paid social and display.
- Work with suppliers and regional teams to schedule ads and ensure activity is tracked in HubSpot.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with content creators, designers, and regional marketers to tailor campaigns for local markets.
- Maintain an accurate global campaign calendar for visibility across teams.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Support post-campaign reviews to capture insights and strengthen future campaigns.
Ō Pūkenga - About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
You will also bring:
Required:
- Experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or growth marketing in a B2B environment.
- Hands-on experience running campaigns across digital channels (paid search, paid social, display, email).
- Strong organizational skills and confidence in managing multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative working style.
Preferred:
- Experience using HubSpot or a similar marketing automation/CRM platform for campaigns, lists, emails, and reporting.
