About the Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and refining our go-to-market (GTM) processes, creating compelling product positioning, and enabling our sales team with the right messaging and materials. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. As Daloopa scales, this position has the potential to grow into a leadership role.
What You’ll Do
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute GTM plans for new feature releases, ensuring alignment across Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams as well as Marketing colleagues (Demand Generation).
- Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft clear, compelling and differentiated messaging that resonates with institutional investors and financial analysts.
- Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with product one-pagers, pitch decks and battle cards to effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Content Development: Write and manage product marketing collateral, including case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts. Deliver additional content such as tutorials, FAQs and product newsletters to engage clients across the customer lifecycle. Also provide recommendations on talking points for webinars, podcasts and speaking engagements.
- Customer Insights & Advocacy: Establish a deep understanding of our customer base, conducting research to gather insights and influence the product roadmap.
- Knowledge Base & Digital Adoption: Build a comprehensive knowledge base and oversee digital adoption efforts to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Performance & Metrics: Track and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, using data to refine strategies and optimize impact.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within FinTech, AI-powered data, SaaS or investment research platforms.
- Experience being an early product marketing hire or building product marketing foundations at a startup or high-growth company.
- Exceptional ability to distill complex technical features into compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, institutional investing or alternative data or technical products (APIs, MCPs or LLMs) is a major plus.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to refine marketing strategies and measure performance.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product and leadership teams.
